I'm the founder of PDRM Consulting, and I'll be your Security Bestie.

I spent nearly two decades in health tech, leading products where security wasn't optional. It was the job. Then I started my own business and saw how many founders, especially women, were left to figure out cybersecurity alone. FAQ

Do I need to know anything about cybersecurity to join? No. That's the whole point. Bring your questions, even the ones you think are basic.

What's the difference between Security Besties and VIP? In Security Besties, we teach you and support you while you make the changes. In VIP, we make the changes for you. You also get a monthly 1:1 and direct access to the team, on top of everything in the community.

What's a Single Security Assessment (SSA)? A focused session where we take your biggest security concern and dig into it with you. On its own, an SSA is $300. Annual members get one a year. VIP members get a 1-hour 1:1 call with us every month.

Do members get a discount on other services? Yes. Monthly and annual Security Besties members get 10% off everything: all project work and every audit we offer, including the Critical Services Security Assessment. VIP members already have done-for-you work built into their membership. If they need work beyond their 5 monthly hours, or a penetration test, VIP members get 15% off. Fractional CISO services have their own pricing.

What kind of work will you actually do for VIP members? It depends on your business, which is the point. Each month you get 5 hours of professional services. Your action items come out of your 1:1 call and what we see in your setup. A few examples of what that can look like: setting up a password manager for your business, auditing who has access to what in your Google Drive, or a limited code review of an app you built with AI. (A full code review is part of a penetration test.) Work beyond your 5 monthly hours and penetration testing are 15% off for VIP members. Fractional CISO services are priced separately.

Why only 10 VIP spots? Because we do the work ourselves. Capping VIP means every member gets real attention, not a queue.

Can I start in Security Besties and upgrade later? Yes, anytime. Start where you're comfortable and move up to VIP whenever you're ready (as long as a spot is open). If you're on the annual plan, we'll apply the unused portion of your annual payment toward your VIP membership, so you never pay twice for the same months.

Is there a commitment? Monthly Security Besties and VIP are month-to-month, with no long-term contract. The annual plan is a 12-month term, and that's how it includes the $300 SSA.
