Make security less scary

Join the pdRM Community

Security is something that so many small businesses take for granted- especially female founders. We are all perpetually online and the hackers are too. Its too expensive to hire a full time security person, but this is the next best thing.

About us

PDRM started with a simple, stubborn belief: business should serve the life you actually want to live — not the other way around.

I spent almost two decades in corporate health tech and engineering before I left to build something different. I wanted to work directly with founders — especially women founders — who were doing everything right and still felt like security and strategy were things "other companies" had figured out, not them.

My husband John and I built PDRM because we kept seeing the same gap: small business owners getting enterprise-level security advice (if they got any at all) that assumed they had an IT department, a budget, and time they didn't have. We wanted to close that gap without the jargon, the fear tactics, or the six-figure retainer.

PDRM Community grew out of the conversations we kept having anyway — the quick "hey, is this a big deal?" questions that founders were emailing us, texting us, or catching us with at conferences. We built this so you don't have to wait for a full engagement to get a straight answer from people who actually know your business.

This isn't a course. It isn't a forum full of strangers. It's direct access to us so you can make good decisions before small risks become expensive ones.
